Thailandbostäder builds your property in Hua Hin, Thailand. We are famous for building by Swedish standards and have many good referenses both by costumers and suppliers.

We have long experience and have been building houses and inspecting houses in Thailand for more than 12 years. Below you will find specifications of the different parts of the property we build.

Houses in Thailand from foundation to roof

Roofing tile. Concrete tile C-Pac Golden Flash. Screwed on. Note! 5 years warranty.

Roof insulating. Siam concrete double foil 3-4 mm, with air bubbles. Mounted below roof truss. Mechanical ventilation. Airflow space 13 cm.

Ceiling. 9 mm gypsum, painted white. Roof frame lightweight steel cc 30 cm.

Walls. Walls with 150 mm Q-con superblock (siporex). Plaster inside and outside 1 cm. With superblock it is not needed to plaster more than 5-10 mm.

Doors & Windows. Windows with white aluminium frame. Tinted glass, 6 mm. Slider doors white aluminium. Indoors doors in hardwood.

Tile floor. All floors are tiled. skirting board, 7 cm, up on wall (tile).

Indoor walls & ceiling. Walls and ceilings are painted white.

Bathroom & Toilet. All bathrooms and toilets are equipped with Swedish floor drain. Shower with moist control. Tiled floors and walls. Toilet seat and sink is European standard. Separate water heater in each bathroom or toilet. Outward air fan. Ventilation in door.

Ceiling fan. Living room and bed room.

Laundry. Water and drain are prepared.

Ventilation. Mechanical ventilation. ceiling ventilator.

Electricity. ABB Ground-fault circuit interrupter

Kitchen. Swedish standard with, refrigerator and freezer, stove, stove fan and cupboards and drawers. tiles above kitchen sink.

Lighting. Inset light in ceiling

AC. Prepared for.

Water. PEX-pipes. Local water meter. Own well 100 m down.

Telephone. Prepared for internet, TV and telephone.

Wall. Surrounding the hole area. 1.8 meters high. Gates at front.

Paths. 1.4 meters wide.

Garden. Palm trees and lawn.

Common swimming pool. Salt water

Drain. Septitank. Drainage in garden.
